About New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority (NRMHA)

The New Rochelle Municipal Housing Authority (NRMHA) has been providing affordable housing to its community for over sixty years. Established in 1941, we have successfully pursued opportunities to make housing more accessible to low-income residents of the City of New Rochelle. 800 families are currently living in NRMHA communities throughout the city. We're proud to say that our affordable housing touches the lives of many New Rochelle residents from the seniors, young families and residents with special needs.
